Roles and Responsibilities of IT Recruiter:

1. Min. 3 – 4 years of experience with IT recruitment
2. Responsible for writing and posting technical job descriptions
3. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant’s abilities
4. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
5. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails or messages with current job openings to prospective candidates
6. Promote company’s reputation online on various platforms
7. Conduct job and task analysis to document job duties and update them time to time as per new technological trends.
8. Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter and Hands-on experience with various interview formats

(e.g., phone, skype, zoom meetings, etc)
9. Familiarity with various sources and platforms and resume databases for recruitment
10. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (E.g., social media recruiting)
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
