Job Summary

As an E-Commerce Operations Executive, your responsibilities are all operational (strategic and tactical) aspects of:

– Coordinating with the Customers and different Courier partners for smooth delivery of each order.
– Vendor and Seller interactions, coordinating the arrival and dispatch of goods. Including having a full understanding of inventory and replenishment.
– Delivery logistics & returns: Coordinating with the 3rd party logistics and courier companies. Perform daily order processing and ensuring the delivery of goods on time. Correct processing of returns, NDRs.

– Strategic decision making around partnerships with third-party couriers. And innovative approaches to send the products that maximize our reach and minimize the delivery time.

• Hustle for getting things done and to make a smooth, continuous flow of order processing happen by coordinating with different inhouse departments.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

– Prior experience in e-commerce delivery operations required.

– Good in Excel
– Fluency in English, Hindi and any other South Indian Language
– Added value for those who have work experience from Startups.
