Roles and Responsibilities

The role in a nutshell: Understand who our potential consumers are and what they need so that, as a digital marketer, you can serve them the right content or product.

• Understand and align with the company vision.
• Understand company products and figure out creative ways to connect with our target persona(s) to increase engagement.
• Personally, EXECUTE creative ideas you came up with in point #2 above ideate, create and communicate with photographs, images, audio, and video.
• Optimize visual, photo, video, and written content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute SMS and email-based marketing campaigns.
• Manage the organization’s website using tools like WordPress and Shopify
• Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports that support increased engagement.
• Immediately act and fix any error in online content.
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of industry developments.
• Know and implement best practices of SEO for website pages.
