Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure the Office Administration of the school should be properly maintained.
• Ensuring a smooth and harmonious working relationship between teachers, Students & Parent and colleagues.
• Maintain the data of the students into the system of School
• Maintaining discipline & decorum at the school
• Managing Time Table of students and Teachers proxy.
• Receiving all the call from the parent and solving the queries of staff and student, coordinate with the principal for all the things related to school
• Ensure smooth management of direct parent/Telephonic inquiry
• Working hours: 07:50 am – 03:30 pm
