What we are looking for in an ideal candidate?
We are looking for a person who is Responsible for digitizing data for storage purposes, working in the administrative department of a company, and their duties include collecting client information, maintaining an organized filing system, and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Creating and maintaining a record management system.
– Performing data entry tasks.
– Updating existing records.
– Maintaining company archives
– Retrieve information from the filing system when requested.
– Maintaining up=to-date logs, including information about file changes or who has access.
– Scanning and uploading files to create digital copies of physical records.
– Processing and filing copies of incoming and outgoing physical correspondence.
– Conduct routine verification to ensure the integrity of the filling system.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• Must be familiar with WordPress, MS-Word, and Microsoft excel.
