Job Profile

· Check, sort and forward emails

· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Keep updated records and files

· Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

· Vendor Management

· Inventory management

· Reporting management and performing administrative Duty

· Have an overview of the office expenses and costs

Skills & Attributes

Good communication skills in English and Gujarati.

Good Knowledge of Excel and word

Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position

Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Location: Ahmedabad

Work Experience: Min. 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Salary Range: 2.00 lac to 2.50 lac
