Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing ongoing orders, overlooking production & ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensuring proper quality check before material despatch.
  • Managing current stock inventory.
  • Coordinating with raw material suppliers and vendors.
  • Making quotations and Purchase Orders, whenever required.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in completing tasks using a reminder system.
  • Experience working with Google Drive spreadsheets, documents & slides.
  • Experience in making quotations and Purchase Orders.
  • Negotiation skills for purchase-driven decisions.
  • Basic admin, such as providing post-sales support via phone or email.
