SM (Sunita Makerspace) Coordinator
Club Coordination –

1. Substantially coordinate with all 16 clubs of SM mentors for club activity, events and updating list of students and teachers in each club.
2. Preparing annual club activitycalender on SM activity, evaluation after each activity, preparing observation report and subjective analysis for Sr. Management perusal.
3. Event management and maintain the vision and goal of SM
4. Create sustainable events in sync to Company vision, Go Green initiatives, waste material reuses, and Vision of SM
5. Focus more objectivity of SM is a gift to smile where you can create, explore, experiment, design, invent and play for anyone and everyone.

Documentation –

1. Preparing Policy formulation and implementation, execution of assignments and projects approved by Management.
2. Maintaining SOP’s
3. Documentation in term SOP, vendor management, purchase, inventory management, store keeping and must ensure to have a sustainable materials management.
