You will have to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Your responsibility will include resolving customer queries and recommending solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
· Update our internal databases with inf ormation about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Draft quotations as per customers’ request
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Prompt response to customer inquiries.
· Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
· Ability to approach problems logically and rationally
· Communicating with customers via Chat, Email or Calls; follow up with customers
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
· Knowing our products thoroughly so that customer queries can be solved.
· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· High School Diploma or Degree or Equivalent
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
· Fluency in English is a must
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Patience when handling tough cases
· Understanding of how CRM systems work
· Excellent documentation skills
· Understanding of how CRM systems work
· Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
· Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
· Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
· Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
· Ability to use a desktop computer system
· Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet
· Explore Excellent Typing skills
· Demonstrates understanding of the Internet, and competitor websites
· Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
· Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
· Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media
· Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment
